Aosu cameras basic app features

I have the aosu model C7P2BH11 cameras and am unable to set some pretty basic features or maybe I’m not looking in the right place.

  1. I am unable to use the integration with Alexa to arm/disarm the cameras via voice.
  2. I am unable to setup geo-detection or location for arming/disarming based on device relative location.
  3. I am unable to create a custom smart security mode outside the 4 templates available - this one is super important and can’t understand why this wouldn’t be a basic feature of the app.

Is anyone seeing the same, and have been able to address these outside a feature request?

Hello i was expecting the same to switch off on by calling the different security mode. Did you have a reply from the support? Regards
