# Aosu V8S13 ( Ultra) : Hardwired but battery is still draining

Hello

Installed it with 98% battery fully charged yesterday with hardwired it.

On the app it shows charging but battery is draining. It’s around 70% in 24 hr.

I am using plug in adapter with out put range of 12v to 24 V 500 amp.

Any idea what’s wrong here ? Does it need 30V with more amps? Anyone faced same situation ?
