# Charging speed

My doorbell camera unit charges very slowly - takes nearly 24 hours to fully charge. Is this normal?

It sounds like something isn’t quite right.  
Could you try a different charging cable to see if that resolves the issue? Please let us know how it goes—we want to make sure your camera is back up and running as soon as possible!
