I am currently experiencing an issue with my camera where it stops recording before the person is out of the camera view. I understand that there is some sort of smart detection that decides how long the video is recorded for but what I think would be a very basic way to fix my problem would be to allow us the option to be able to set a minimum recording time. For example 20 to 90 seconds.
There is one big reason for this. When the camera is not recording the light goes off indicating the camera is no longer recording, thus allowing the thieves to know when the camera is recording or not recording.
The other issue I have been experiencing is the camera is not detecting movement fast enough. For example the camera will only start recording after the delivery person makes it all the way up to my door and then puts the package down and only then the camera starts recording the box already placed on my step and the person walking away.
