# How to cancel the cloud ads on the app?

Open the Aosu app Tap the 3 lines in the upper left cornerOther SettingsToggle off “Enable recommendations” Choose either "Ads? No! Turn them off! Or “Not interested! Turn them off!”-Aosu Team

I tried this and I have an AosuProtect banner ad blocking my view on the Events page of my newest camera. I cannot view my events because of this stupid banner and I cannot turn of the banner in the Enable screen.

This answer is unsatisfactory. I am being forced to return this doorbell through Amazon and give you a bad review.  
The doorbell is useless with this ad preventing me from seeing the stored events.

I confirm, it’s not an answer.

We already paid to have a camera

But I can’t use it because I don’t have any access to my events.

I don’t want to subscribe even in try period.

So please, make the necessary to add on option to disable “yours ad” in the application !
