I need help i just bought the Premium after something happend i wanted to see who broken in my house but there are no events i tghouht i could see if i buy the premium

Activating aosuProtect+ after an incident does not recover recordings from before the subscription was activated. Cloud event recording begins after the plan becomes active; it cannot create footage retrospectively.
However, footage from that time may still exist if your camera was already recording to an SD card, aosuBase, or aosuCortex. Please avoid formatting or removing the storage for now. Could you tell us your camera model and whether local storage was installed when the incident occurred? We can then explain exactly where to check.
If local storage was active but the event is missing, please contact Online Support in the aosu app with the device model and approximate incident time so the team can investigate.
