A few days I got a message from a client telling me that she was not getting videos anymore and sent me these two screenshots. Both microSD cards stopped recording on the same day. See attached.
It reads: Unrecognized memory card.
Today I went to her business and formated the two microSD cards with the cameras. One required two attempts and the other three. Everything is fine now.
This is my first experience with this error message. Has anyone experienced something similar? Any thoughts?
