I have 3 cameras mounted around my house. More often than not, they don’t record someone approaching but shows them leaving. There are times when the camera (s) will return from recording after detecting nothing to a fully down position and won’t return to the default position. No matter which way I try to move it with the app, it says camera is at its limit. I have to get my ladder and physically move the lens by hand. My friend, that I initially convinced to buy 2 of these cameras, is having the exact same problem. My signal strength is usually between 90% and 100%. Starting to really regret buying all of these cameras. Fortunately, my doorbell camera is working without issue…so far. I’ve noticed that most, if not all of the similar posts about their cameras have gone unanswered or ignored by AOSU. I would hope that they are reading these comments and at least, acknowledging that there is an issue with their product. Otherwise, this is just a “rant forum”.
