**Picture this:** You’re away from home and open the app to check on things, only to see a cold, grey message: **“Device Offline.”** 📵
A tiny panic sets in: “Is the camera still watching? If something happens right now, am I completely blind?” 😰 You wonder if your silent protector has gone to sleep just when you need it most, or if it’s still capturing everything in the dark. 🌑
Have you ever felt that **“Offline Anxiety”**? Does a lost Wi-Fi signal mean a lost record of the truth? 🕵️♂️

Videos recorded during the offline period can be recovered and viewed after the camera reconnects to the network.If cloud storage (cloud recording) is used, recordings cannot be made over the network while the camera is offline. During the offline period, cloud storage recordings will be paused until the camera reconnects to the network.

Oui, si la caméra dispose d’une carte SD, elle continue d’enregistrer si elle est hors-ligne. Par contre la synchronisation avec le cloud (si abonné) n’est pas certaine.
L’appli nous demande notre choix avant d’écraser les données. 😁👍🏻

If your Aosu camera loses network connectivity, it can continue recording so long as it’s set to store the files locally. Videos recorded during the offline period can be recovered and viewed after the camera reconnects to the network.
This is only available with local storage. If you have your cameras set to save to the cloud, it’ll be unable to record without a network connection.

Aosu camera will continue to record if it’s offline and has a local storage or SD card storage. The recordings can be accessed if the network is reconnected. However, the recordings will be paused if it’s stored online or on cloud until the network is reconnected.

📡 When the Camera Goes Offline
💾 If you’re using SD card storage (local recording):
The camera keeps recording even while offline. All videos captured during that time are safely stored on the SD card and will reappear in the app once the camera reconnects.
☁ If you’re using cloud storage (cloud recording):
Cloud recording cannot continue without a network connection. While the camera is offline, cloud recordings are paused and will only resume once the camera is back online.
