Have been using my camera for almost 2 years now in the same spot with no issues until I noticed the past month it hasn’t been detecting or recording anything. Wifi is connected and I can view camera live normally. All detection settings are on and sensitivity is to the max. Unit is on the latest firmware. How do I perform a reset remotely or do I need to physically press the button?
