Sync or Reset is not working

Hello, I have a set Basestation and 2 Camera und now I want connect 2 camera more, but is not working. New Camera have only one button (sync) and whatever I press the button, camera get only on or off. Never start sync or reset. What ist to do? Camera is wirelessCam Pro Model C6P2AH11.

Hey, I looked into this and having the original 2-camera package shouldn’t prevent you from adding 2 more, as long as your base station is compatible with the C6P2AH11.

A few things to try:

  1. Make sure the new camera is powered on.
  2. In the AOSU app, go to Add Device and select the correct WirelessCam Pro system.
  3. When prompted, press the SYNC button 3 times quickly within 2 seconds. Don’t hold it, as that can simply turn the camera on/off.
  4. The blue indicator should flash when it enters pairing mode.
  5. Keep the camera close to the base station while pairing.

Also, could you send me the model number of your base station? That would let us confirm compatibility. If the camera still won’t enter pairing mode after the 3-press method, it could be a pairing/reset issue or possibly a faulty camera.
