# Unable to find doorbell through voice activation on Google Nest Hub?

Please check if you can manually open and stream the doorbell on your Google Nest Hub. If successful, we suggest modifying the doorbell nickname in the Aosu app to a name that is easier for voice recognition.  
If the issue persists after following step 1, please try saying “Sync my devices” to your Google Assistant and then say “Show my [doorbell nickname]” to see if it helps.
