# Visitor can't hear me when I talk to the app

Kindly follow the steps below to further check：  
Increase the doorbell and aosuCortex volumes in Aosu app  
Setting Chime SettingShorten the distance between the doorbell, aosuCortex, and router to make sure the devices are getting a stable signalIncrease the volume of the phone’s speaker.  
If it still doesn’t work, please send a video of the problem to online support on the aosu app, which will help us analyze the problem and provide further assistance.

How do you send a video of a voice? The volume is inadequate

Same issue. The chat bot says to update the volume settings but there is no such option on iOS app.
