Yes, customer service, 100% agree! Not only do they help and listen, they are all super friendly too! I love how innovative they are too, always wanting to improve features, while adding unique new ones. And they use their customers to guide them.
Ok, only one more? Well, a security camera can have all these bells and whistles, but if you have poor quality footage, those wouldn’t even matter. So i have to go with the clear, sharp quality, these cameras capture. I’m always impressed how great the videos look!
I agree , customer service is great! I also like that the cameras are easy to set up & use, I purchased for my elderly parents, & they have no problems understanding how to use them.
I also enjoy that no matter where I go I know if someone arrives at my house, & can speak to them if I chose to.
I personally like how swift they enroll out of the box, i think i enrolled 10 cameras in 5 minutes, with installation of a micro sd/ format, and a firmware upgrade all while sitting at the kitchen table.
What I really like about Aosu is that there are few companies with superb quality products across different sectors, and Aosu definitely belongs to that category. What’s even rarer is finding a company in this category that also excels in customer support, but Aosu does an amazing job in that area as well.
