Ads in the app

I’ve paid good money for the cameras, why must there be ads when I’m monitoring them? Remove the ads. You’re hurting your business, and Mr. or Mrs. Support person reading this, these things can affect your job as well, these kinds of things can start a snowball of lost market share that ultimately lead to layoffs, downsizing, etc. Another company will come along and eat your lunch and you’re looking for a new job so speak up to your dev team, tell them get this crap out of here. Oh but by the way, I have some of your solar panel models and one solar panel never sees direct sun light but that sucker gets charged some crazy.. So, tell the dev team to get those ads out of there and good job on those solar panels.

Hello,

Thank you for your feedback — we understand your frustration.

We want to clarify that we do not insert third-party ads into the camera monitoring interface. If you’re seeing a pop-up or banner, it may be a system notice or subscription reminder, not an advertisement.

We’ll share your feedback with our development team to ensure the experience stays focused on monitoring.

And thank you for the kind words about the solar panels — we’re glad they’re performing well!

This is true, I have not seen 3rd party ads, thank you for not allowing them. I’m referring to (currently) the “face recognition” free trial card that is attached under each camera view. I’m pretty sure that space was used previously for another ad of yours (protect+ ?).

In all honesty, none of this is too big of a deal, it’s really no biggy. I mean I really don’t like that those ads are there, they do bug me, but I also know it could be worse. In any event, thanks for your time.
