After installing a set of SolarCam D1 Classic Kit, I contacted customer service to enquire about possibility of purchasing additional detachable base brackets. I explain to them the purpose of the additional brackets, immediately they agreed to send it - for free! Sure enough I received it a few days later. Thanks to their customer service, I have since added 2 additional C9C cameras. Highly recommended brand.
