I love these cameras that were easy to set up and work with solar. I was having trouble getting one to connect. I called and spoke with the rep (Apple) who forwarded my info to Ivy. Ivy was extremely helpful. She listened and after understanding the issue, she informed me that a replacement would be sent. I received the camera in less time than expected. She followed up to ensure everything was good on my end. The customer service was top notch!
