I’ve been purchasing OASU for nearly 4 years and only had one issue. I called customer support and within minutes my problem was taken care of! Very friendly staff, awesome communication and very great helping you solve problems or if it’s not solvable they will immediately send you a new camera! I have to admit that these are the best cameras I’ve had and affordability is the biggest deal! Well well worth the purchase! By the way I have seven cameras set up.
