Can't get straight answer why my product hasn't been fulfilled after 25 days of waiting!

Can’t get anywhere with customer service. I’m given a different excuse each time. From the product is on its way we’re just waiting on a tracking number to be generated, or that I have a rural address so it’s taking the team longer to pick my order and the best one is: we are verifying your order to make sure everything is correct before we send it out. They had no problem taking my money but are having major problems getting it out. 25 days of bogus excuses is kinda ridiculous.
