My wife and I are a young couple that recently moved to a community that is full of seniors. It is a dead end street and extremely quiet and beautiful. I work from home and as soon as we moved in, we noticed a lot of activity from solicitors. They come knock on the doors and try to sell pretty much anything, solar, roofing, plumbing…anything. I listened to a pitch and it was from 40-80 thousand and ridiculous. I can see how these methods target older communities and at times, it could even be unwanted visitors looking to see who is home and who is not.
