P.s I feel like the competition are creating a much bigger verify of affordable camera & keep updating the software for example wyze. I hope aosu can start working on some good updates

Regarding the software enhancements, I believe improving the App interface/UI is essential. I recommend your team look at the Wyze app for inspiration, as they offer better features and a more intuitive user experience. Specifically, their motion tracking is very effective; it follows people or movement with a tracking circle similar to a professional camera system, which adds significant value.
Additionally, addressing device firmware performance for better battery optimization is a must. Currently, the battery drain is so significant that it limits my ability to use the cameras, which detracts from the productâs overall value.
I hope these suggestions are helpful for your upcoming roadmap.

I agree with your points here. I have been a Wyze user for many years and just got started with Aosu. One thing I really appreciate with Wyze is the app experience. You can live stream for longer than 5 minutes, and playback is smooth and continuous instead of jumping event-to-event. You can watch straight through while still seeing event markers on the timeline, which is really helpful. I also like that when you open the app, you immediately see live streams of all devices on the home screen. Their motion tracking was also much easier to figure out and adjust. Overall, their UI has come a long way and makes day-to-day use much easier.

Thank you for taking in consideration our feedback as this will build your company larger however this very nice gesture that you is very much appreciated but at the same time how can I make use out of it, especially now when the battery is completely dead. I hope I will lose those precious moments when these months I cannot have any use of the camera and it really bothers me after Iâve paid so much and did so much research, Perhaps if you can offer me one of your newer products I can leave you back a review like the 360 camera That is wired?
