  1. Account Management: Email information, change password and delete your account.
  2. Share users: Share the connected devices to your family’s account, manage the Share Devices.
  3. Cloud recording: View the records that stored in Cloud if you’ve subscribed to a plan or want to subscribe.
  4. FAQ: Frequently Asked Questions and Answers.
  5. Feedback: Feedback the issue you experienced with the device.
  6. Call us: Phone center to ask for quick response.
  7. About: Check the APP information, including APP Version, serial numbers for all devices, terms and privacy notice.
  8. Other settings: Enable Recommendations and receive email.
  9. Terms and privacy notice: AOSU APP users terms and privacy notice.
  10. Log out: log out the account.
  11. The Cloud icon on the right top corner is a button for quick accessing the cloud storage service.
  12. Click icon ‘+’ could add one device in this APP.
  13. The bottom icons are Devices, Cloud, Online Support. Devices page, you could view all the devices you connected. Cloud page, you could subscribe to a plan you prefer to; Online Support, you could access our 7/24 hours customer service.
  14. Every device’s bottom has 3 icons : Snooze, Events, Settings.
  • Snooze: Snooze button settings, the camera will not notify you during the period. But it will keep recording video.
  • Events: All recording videos are here, can play back the history.
