I paid $40 for web videos and now the app is saying my camera has reached its limit. And put an SD card. Why is this happening?

Hi, when you saw “The camera has reached it’s limit”, does it look like this? If so, sometimes if you are using the app to manually move the camera to look around, it will say this when it has reached it maximum movement in one direction and can’t go any further. It’s not because you are out of space or memory. But definitely reach out to support if this doesn’t answer your question, they’ll make sure all is well with your camera
