I have just purchased and set up the doorbell/camera model V8E. I don’t care for the sound the doorbell makes and would like to change it. I don’t see any way to do that in the app, only a volume setting. Am I missing something?
Hi. Our device only has 3 ringtones by default , you can select different ringtones for the doorbell and HomeCortex separately. You can also set doorbells and HomeCortex to the different volume level.

I don’t think this is true for the V8E2CA11 model.
Just keep pressing the button on the small device that rings to pick the tone that you want.
