Events playback

Since l I first installed my doorbell two years ago, when I clicked on my event videos, they used to play back automatically in sequence. However, now I have to click on each video separately to view and they just continue to play on a loop until I click on the next video. I cannot remember when this change started but wondering if this happened as a result of an update or if not how do I resolve this please?
