Your privacy and control over your data matter to us.
If you no longer want to use facial recognition or aosuProtect+, you can clear your facial recognition data directly in the aosu App and cancel your subscription by following the instructions below.
1. To delete specific videos from cloud storage
Go to Events, tap Select, choose the videos you want to remove, and then tap Delete.
2. How to delete facial recognition data
The steps may vary depending on your device model.
For all video doorbells
Open the aosu App and go to: Settings → Facial Recognition → Uninstall Skills
For other supported camera models
Open the aosu App and go to: Settings → Face Management → Clear Facial Data
Please note: Clearing facial data cannot be undone. Any saved or recognized faces will need to be added again if you enable the feature in the future.
3. How to cancel your aosuProtect+ subscription
To stop future subscription renewals, please cancel the subscription.
