I purchased 4 camera which are battery 5mp. When I received them 1 camera had model number C9E2D and the others were C9E. They have been working ok until latest app update. Now anyone in view of the camera has a green flashing box around a person. I tried to remove the green box but the model number C9E has no option to do this but there is the option to do this with model number C9E2D. I contacted support but I’m told I have to wait for another update which could take months. This flashing green box is so annoying. Anyone have any suggestions?
How do I go into settings and change my network? I want to switch from 2.4 to 5 gig? My other network has a completely different name and login.
My indoorcam P1 doesnt blink the green light when I press sync button, so I can’t continue the process to add it to my Aosu system. Any idea what could be the problem? Thanks
Almost everything on my sd card from my AOSU camera is .media files not .mp4. Playback in app is near impossible and I can’t seem to make it happen when the card is in my computer either. What error has happened and what is AOSU’s recommended fix?
