I’m looking to purchase the video doorbell and watched the video on their website demoing the unit and was not impressed with the audio quality when speaking to someone at the door, it seems that it would be very difficult to understand someone and for them to understand you. Any responses from current owners?
I know this dies not answer any question asked but I have an ongoing issue. I purchased an Aosu doorbell in June 2025 and I have had to charge the battery every 2 weeks. I did not activate event recording so I have no idea why it will not hold the charge. I called Aosu Customer Service and am still waiting for a manager to contact me. Does anyone else have this problem with the device holding the charge for even a couple months?
Hi, I have the V8S model of the doorbell and the audio is unusable. I cannot understand what the person is saying at the door nor can they understand me. I have very good wifi so that is not the issue.
