We have 4 people authorized to monitor our 8 cameras. When one authorized person opens a camera to have a look at a property, all other users receive a notification triggering them to open the camera on their end to see why they were notified. Essentially 3 notifications are sent just because someone wanted to look at a single camera. If that person opens several cameras the notification get out of hand. Can we change this?
Hello, I understand your concern. It’s true that this generates a lot of notifications and can be quite disruptive. Perhaps you can adjust this by going to Settings, clicking on Notifications, and setting notification permissions. This can effectively reduce unnecessary notifications.
