The camera was bounded to other account

One camera can only be bounded to one account. Please ask the former to remove the device.
If you just receives the new camera, please confirm the SN number and the order number, escalate to CN team, technician can unbounded manually.

I bougt my used doorbell cam from dolap.com in Turkey. The former user has no idea about registirarion. He said it is new. May be also he bought from another person and now he lies. I need factory help to reset the past of this device. SN:VV8P1AX110005531
