Where the videos were stored and what’s Cloud and Local?
The camera supports SD card strorage and cloud storage service. If you use a card (up to 128G), videos will be stored on the card. If you purchased cloud service, you can pull out the SD card, so that events won’t stored in SD card. 2 modes of SD card recording:

24/7 Recording: Record all events 24/7. (default)

Record by event: record according to the duration of the event, this mode can prolong the life cycle and life of the memory card.
If you purchased cloud service, the events will be stored on cloud, otherwise it will be stored in SD card. You can purchase and check more details on Settings- Cloud Recording- Subscribe.
Is there any charge for cloud service? What’s the advantages of it
Yes, you can check the price on Settings- Cloud Recording- Subscribe. By this way events will be stored in cloud and users can check a video event anytime anywhere. Besides, it’s more accurate.
Can I download the stored recorded events
Yes, please click Events, choose the event you need to download, and click the “download symbol” on the right side picture.
Can the card store events when it’s full?How to check storage?
If the storage is full, the old videos will be covered by the new videos. You can check the storage on Settings- About device- Storage.
Can the videos be deleted?
Yes, if you need delete videos:

For the single event: Click settings into edit mode-choose event-delete.

For 24 hours record videos: click setting-about device-format the SD card.
No voice in the recorded events.

Check if the audio in the app is muted. (please find the Mute button under the live video screen)

If the audio isn’t muted and still cannot hear the voice, please click Settings- Video Audio- Audio streaming and Recording, turn on it.
No voice when use two way talk
Please click Settings- Video Audio- Two way talk speaker, adjust the volume.
No voice when I check the live video
Check if the audio in the app is muted. (please find the Mute button under the live video screen)
Check if the phone volume was adjusted to the lowest.
