AOSU app functionality

I have the AOSU Security Cameras Outdoor Wireless, 2 Cam-Kit, Solar-Powered system.

I have no complaints about the performance of the cameras but based on the postings in the AOSU Community forum (and on Google) many of the glitches with the AOSU app have not been addressed. The complaints date back as far as 24+ months.

  1. Unable to delete multi or bulk videos at once. A user should not be forced to delete video one by one. The app should be updated to allow the deletion of multi videos at once.

  2. Unable to delete Activities and System Messages. Eventually the sure number of Activities and System Messages can be overwhelming but there is no way to clear or delete the messages.

A user should not be forced to format the storage media to delete multi videos at once but even formatting the media has no effect on the Activities and System Messages.

Again, I like the performance of the cameras but clearly users concern about the functionality of the AOSU app are simply being ignored.

The version of the app I am using is 5.1.60 from Google Play Store.

A response would be appreciated.
