Kindly follow these steps to proceed on deleting the videos
- Open the app on your device. Go to the “Events” section. Look for either “Cloud” or “Local” (depending on where your events are stored) and tap on it.
- Click settings into edit mode-choose event-delete. You will then be able to select and delete specific events that you no longer want to keep.
April, 2026. I found that, from my phone app, that I needed to open the videos, hold down on the video, and a prompt would appear to delete it. I have the AOSU D series security kit.
Your reply does not address deleting multi messages at once or deleting/clearing multi System?Actitities Messages.
From the Events screen, hit the three lines on the upper right hand corner.
Then hit “Select”.
This will give you the option to delete multiple videos at once. You can either pick the ones you want individually, or tap “Select All” to delete 100 at once (you can do this multiple times - you’re just limited to 100 clips at one time). You can select or deselect videos by clicking the circle
To delete the selected videos, hit the trash can icon on the bottom right hand corner.
(The black boxes you see in these images were added by me after the fact to censor passersby and my location. They aren’t what you’ll see on these screens.)
I appreciate your response but when I select multi-videos to delete, I get the message “only one video can be selected at a time. To select multi-videos activate aosuProtect+.” I do not wish to pay for any extra services that I think should be included in the app. Again, I appreciate your reply.
That’s strange. I don’t think multi-selection is a paid feature. I’ve been using it since I got my cameras back in like September and I cleared out my day’s recordings just an hour or so ago. I’ve never signed up for asouProtect+.
I have the same issue…and get the same message “only one video…” Really disappointed, I am warning everyone i can about the basic feature being held hostage till you subscribe.!!! I regret my purchase.
What kind of cameras do you own? Do they save to an SD card or a home base? Just trying to understand where they placed this limitation. I use the SolarCam Pro set, which saves to a home base.
