Facial Recognition, also known as Face AI, is an additional feature that is part of the cloud service.
When this feature is enabled, your device can recognize you or your family members’ faces and show the recognized face information in notifications.
For example, instead of only seeing a general motion alert, you may be able to know whether the person at the door is a family member.
Please note:
Facial Recognition is currently available for doorbell models, SolarCam D1 Classic, and SolarCam D1 Lite , and it requires a cloud plan that includes Face AI.
