Do I need to cancel my Pro subscription to get a FaceAI subscription, or do I need both? Does it still have all the previous features?

Yes in most cases, you can’t run both at once.
You’ll likely need to cancel the Pro subscription first before switching to a FaceAI subscription, because:

  • Aosu only allows one active subscription type per device/account.
  • Their system usually doesn’t stack features, it switches to the new plan when you subscribe.

You won’t be losing out as FaceAi has the same features as pro subscription with the addition of two extra features. “Facial Recognition Alert” and “Custom Face Tagging”
