Hello. I really like my camera but recently it keeps going offline. I connect it and within a couple days, it disconnects again. Can’t figure out why? Any ideas? It’s becoming frustrating.

Maybe the WiFi signal is too weak/camera is a little too far from your router.
If you are using a HomeCortex, you can try adjusting its placement to improve the connection signal.
If your camera is a standalone unit, and your home is large or it’s difficult to reposition the camera or the router, a Wi-Fi extender may be worth considering.
