I have two C2E cameras, recently they both started spinning randomly. The camera looks left and right, then straight up to the ceiling, then returns to the last spot. This is similar to the 360/panorama spin, but the view isn’t resetting. Auto cruise is disabled, there is no firmware update pending, and we’ve tried unplugging the cameras to reset them, all with no luck.
Any ideas on how to stop this?
