Hey. I’m trying to pair my new D1 Max camera with my existing system and can’t get it to pair with the aosubase. It gets 95% through and then says it can’t connect to wifi. It does work if I pair it independently but then I don’t have event storage. I asked the AI bot before I bought it if it was compatible with my existing system and it said yes. Thoughts?
Support contacted me and said that the new camera won’t connect to my existing system.
That is one thing that aosu does not state is that many of their security cameras and doorbells will not connect to an aosubase. A person must buy a bundle that has an aosubase or you are out of luck! aosu’s and Amazon’s websites need to be clear on this. I am out over $400 because of this and customer service did not care.

J’ai du reconnecter la caméra sur un autre réseau wifi (chez ma famille).
Une fois l’association faite, je suis retourné chez moi et la caméra était reconnue par la aosu base.
I’m disappointed that I had to buy an SD card when I asked the AI bot before I bought the new camera.
