I own the Doorbell Ultra.
It’s impossible to talk to the person at the door. The person at the doorbell only hears fragments of the conversation. The same thing happens on my phone inside the house.
The Wi-Fi connection is good and the distance is short. I also described my problem in the app under “Question” (including a connection test) but haven’t received a response.
I’ve already tried all the suggested solutions I could find. Without success.
I hope someone here can help me because the doorbell is unusable like this.

Hallo,
ich besitze die Doorbell Ultra.
Es ist kein Gespräch mit der Person vor der Tür möglich. Bei der Person an der Klingel kommen nur Bruchstücke an. Das gleiche im Haus am Handy.
Die WLAN Verbindung ist gut und die Wege kurz. Ich habe mein Problem auch in der App unter dem Punkt “Frage” geschildert (inklusive Verbindungstest) aber keine Antwort erhalten.
Die Lösungsansätze, die man so findet, habe ich schon alle probiert. Ohne Erfolg.
Ich hoffe, daß mir hier geholfen wird denn die Klingel ist so nicht zu gebrauchen.
