If you wish to unmount the doorbell from the mounting bracket, please use the doorbell detaching pin provided or any pointed object as long as it fits the hole. Insert the pin into the hole at the bottom of the doorbell, then press and hold and lift its bottom to remove it.Heres a video tutorial for your reference https://youtu.be/6csN-lCU1l8
