How to remove the device since it has clipped on the base bracket

To safely detach the camera from the bracket, here’s what to do:

  1. Look at the top of the bracket specifically where it connects to the camera.
    There’s where the camera joined the bracket built into this upper section.
  2. While supporting the camera with one hand, use your thumb or finger to push down firmly on that top clip.
  3. While the clip is pressed down, pull the camera outward (away from the bracket).
  • The clip will dislodge, releasing the locking hold.
  • You may need to gently wiggle the camera if it feels snug.

You’re not pushing the camera itself you’re pressing the clip at the top of the bracket that holds the camera in place, then pulling the camera outward.
