We are snowbirds and have installed the solar power cameras in our southern house. They work great since lots of sun there and they keep fully charged without us needing to be there to charge them.
Sometimes finding a good place to install can be a challenge due to wanting the sun to be able to hit the solar panel but we managed to get all 4 cameras setup ok.
