My biggest complaint is the motion detection range. The camera may display a wide view, but detection only seems to work 20-25 ft. These cameras do not even detect a vehicle coming down or backing out of my driveway.
The time of detection, to the time of record is longer than other brands. By the time the camera begins to record, the issue has already happened and you end up with no evidence of the event ever occurring. There are no options in the app to adjust this issue.
The audio range is very minimal as well. The person would have to be within 5 ft from the camera for you to hear. This is very disappointing as well.
These issues are a major problem for a product being sold as a security camera. A clear 4K image means very little if the camera fails to detect and record activity happening well within its visible field of view. If a vehicle can enter or leave my driveway without triggering the camera, I have very little confidence that it will reliably capture the activity I actually purchased it to monitor.
I spent nearly $400 expecting security and peace of mind. Instead, the poor motion detection, recording delay, limited audio, and lack of adjustment options leave major gaps in coverage. At this point, I consider it a $400 loss and wish I had invested in another brand.
