If your AOSU security camera gets disconnected, it’s important to act quickly to restore the connection and ensure your system remains secure. Here’s a step-by-step guide to follow:

  • Check the power adapter

  • Ensure the cable isn’t damaged or unplugged.

  • Try plugging into a different outlet or port.

  • If your camera is a solar powered one, check the solar panel is in a location that receives adequate sunlight and/or is not damaged.

  • Ensure the camera is turned off (Long press the POWER button for 5 seconds to start the camera)

  • Make sure Wi-Fi is working properly.

  • Check if the camera is within range of the router.
