If your Wi-Fi camera’s router changes, go to Settings and select Reconnect Wi-Fi. Then choose your new network and enter the password.

If you’ve recently updated your home WiFi router and noticed your aosu camera is no longer online, follow these steps to restore connection:

  1. Open the aosu app.
  2. Go to Settings for your camera.
  3. Tap Reconnect WiFi.
  4. Select your new WiFi network.
  5. Enter the password and confirm.

Changing your network in a big way like swapping out the router will definitely impact things. Open up the Aosu app, head to the Settings option, and select “Reconnect Wifi.” Choose your new wifi network and enter the password.

  2. go to ‘Settings’

  3. click on ‘Reconnect wifi’

  4. Select the ‘wifi name’

  5. type in the ‘wifi password’

  6. Confirm the password

I faced a similar scenario myself a couple of weeks ago when my ISP out of blue sent me a new router. My security cameras, central heating system and all my internet powered devices failed to work until I had to to add them one by one to the new Wifi network. In brief, with regards to aosu cameras this is what I did: settings, then selected ‘Reconnect Wi-Fi’ and from there I chose the new network, typed in the password, confirmed the password and , voila, all cameras started working again.

You will need to make some reconfigurations in aosu app. Go to Settings and select Reconnect Wi-Fi. Then choose your new network and enter the password.

Open the aosu App > Settings > select Reconnect Wi-Fi > choose your new network/wifi > enter the password

  2. Go to Settings

  3. Tap Reconnect WiFi.

If you change your WiFi router you will need to add your cameras to the new WiFi again. To do that, go to Settings and select Reconnect Wi-Fi. Then choose your new network and enter the password.

If you change your router, you will need to reconfigure your cam via the App to establish WIFI connection. Following is the process:

  1. Open the AOSU app.

  2. Go to Settings for your camera.

  3. Tap Reconnect WIFI

  4. Select your new WIFI network.

  5. Enter the password and confirm.

If your camera’s WIFI router changes,

  • please navigate to settings

  • select “Reconnect Wifi.”

  • choose your new wifi network

  • enter the password.

That is all
