The solution when HomeCortex is offline

  1. Kindly follow the steps below to isolate or fix the issue.
  2. Ensure that the HomeCortex is not powered off.
  3. Unplug (1-2 minutes) and re-plug the HomeCortex.Check if the router can access the internet .
  4. Try also to restart the router.Kindly check if the Camera HomeCortex has an available firmware update.
  5. Go to CameraHomeCortex settings Firmware updates, then Update.
  6. Try to reconfigure the HomeCortex and the camerasIf the issue is not resolved, kindly provide online support on aosu app with the HomeCortex’s serial number
