When I try to go online and look to see if there’s a way to view my cameras via web browser or Internet it says that I can but then when I try to do it and download whatever it is that it says to do it it doesn’t work it’s there an option or is it available for me to be able to view my cameras via web browser or is it only available via app?

We’re sorry for the confusion. At the moment, aosu does not officially support viewing live video or playback through a PC/web browser.
Currently, live view and recorded playback are only available through the aosu mobile app. We understand that PC/browser access would be very convenient, and we’ll share this feedback with our product team for future consideration.
