My problem is that the live image from my AOSU T2 Pro wide angle camera is only partially displayed in the app; example, it appears cut off or distorted, and I can’t see the whole area. However, the recorded videos of the same area look normal. I have already reset the camera and reinstalled the app.

We did recently update the firmware for the T2 Pro wide-angle camera. The purpose of this update was to provide a larger vertical field of view, so the camera can capture more area above the original view.
Based on your feedback, we understand that the current Live View display may look different from what you expected.
Our team is planning another update in about a week. After that update, the camera view will be adjusted back to a 16:9 display ratio, while still keeping the added upper viewing area and without losing the lower part of the view.
