I could not access the live footage

  1. If you could not access live footage the first time, then please try to turn back and enter the page again.

  2. Please check the wifi signal strength. Ensure it is 85% or above.

  3. Please enter the Video/Audio settings page, adjust the stream quality into Smooth Mode.

  4. Please turn off the wifi and use your phone’s Cellular data then try to stream the video.

  5. The distance between the camera and your router greatly affects sync speed. Please try to shorten the distance.

  6. If the firmware update is available, please try to update it to the latest version. If above information does not work for you,try to find online support on aosu app.
