My out for camera all s sudden gets stuck in the downward position and will not go back up. Tells me this error. Started happening about 2 weeks ago. Have trouble shooter fixes and nothing is working. Have had this camera about 6mo and this just started happening

There are two ways to reset the panorama.
- Please access the live footage and hold press the panorama image for a few seconds, then you will find the buttons ‘’ Reset ‘’ and ‘‘Delete’’
- Please enter the settings page, find ‘’ auto cruise’', then cut into the page to reset the panorama images.
